Welcome to Patty Green Distillery! All of our Whiskey selections are 100% Pacific Northwest ingredients, including locally grown barley, handcrafted in Forest Grove and blended in Newberg. The barrels used are either repurposed Patricia Green Cellars barrels or barrels made from Oregon oak by cooperages in the state, specifically for whiskey aging. The addition of the brandy (distilled from smoke-tainted 2020 Pinot Noir) is replacing a distillate of corn. It is an expensive replacement, but serves the purpose of raising the alcohol level of the distillate to bring out texture and flavor. These whiskeys are a testimony to Oregon’s ability to produce an insanely wide range of delicious products and to a group of people who figured a way around an incredible problem to make something entirely unique. We offer two exclusive Whiskey releases per year in the summer and winter. Our Whiskey Club members will receive these small production bottlings first.

        1 Bottle Whiskey Club - Single bottle from the new release, distiller’s choice.

        2 Bottle Whiskey Club - Two bottles of our newly released, limited whiskeys.

Benefits – complimentary Whiskey tasting (2 per year) and complimentary PGC Wine tasting (2 per year). Due to OLCC regulations, there are no discounts available on these Whiskeys. Currently, we can only ship with UPS to addresses within Oregon, Kentucky & Washington DC.
