Gazelle Rye aligns with our commitment to working with local and sustainable crops. For us, as a whiskey, Gazelle Rye is as unique as it gets among a lineup of already distinctive whiskeys. We used only 10% brandy in the blend, as we wanted to provide just a touch of the brandy’s sweeter sensation to be a mere backdrop and polishing agent to the incredible flavors in this rye.

Aromas of sandalwood, pecan, grilled peaches, graham cracker, and dark honey rise easily from the glass. The flavors are bold, as you'd expect from a rye, with notes of mead, ginger, unoxidized roasted oolong tea, waffle cone, and mandarin orange rind.

  • Gazelle Rye is a fascinating grain from Canada, known for its ability to germinate in spring and thrive in cold, low-temperature soils.
