Full Pint Barley Whiskey

This went into barrel in August 2021 and was bottled in November 2024. Made up of 80% Full Pint barley and 20% Pinot Noir brandy, the whiskey was aged 40 months in six repurposed French oak wine barrels, all charred to a #2 level.

The flavor profile consists of cinnamon, allspice, nutmeg, sandalwood, dry oak, date, sultana, dried fig, cocoa, and orange rind.

  • This barley was developed by the Barley World program at Oregon State University to thrive in the cool Northwest climate and can either be overwintered or spring-planted, making it easy for farmers to work with. Although it has only been in existence for about a dozen years, we believe the success Full Pint has enjoyed in the local craft beer scene will translate seamlessly into the world of whiskey.
